WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. ONCE TRACKING NUMBER OF THE SHIPMENT IS PROVIDED IT IS THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO REACH OUT TO THE SHIPPING PROVIDER AND REQUEST A REFUND IF ITEMS ARE NOT DELIVERED WHEN TRACKING STATES OTHERWISE.
